I got great value for my money at Holiday Inn in Phuket. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. The location was perfect, right across from the beach and close to the night market and shops. The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help.

The breakfast option could be improved with more vegetarian choices.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing! The rooms were clean and spacious, providing all the comforts we needed. We loved the themed family rooms, which added a fun touch to our stay. The hotel also went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction - when we used up all the bottled water in our room, they replenished it without us even having to ask. The staff were exceptional, warm, and friendly, always going out of their way to assist us. The location of the hotel was perfect, with the beach just across the road and plenty of restaurants nearby. The pools were great, and we had a fantastic time enjoying them.

Beds were lovely with crisp, clean sheets. Pool area was nice and the Steakhouse Restaurant was fabulous. Ample security made me feel safe. Friendly staff always ready to help. Complimentary daily water was a pleasant surprise. Housekeeping and pool staff were incredible. The separate refrigerated room for breakfast items was a great addition.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with plenty of Indian restaurants and fast food joints like Burger King which serve delicious veg burgers nearby. The hotel is also conveniently located directly opposite the beach, next to the OTOP night market, and surrounded by massage and shop places. The room was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom and excellent service. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the view from the room was breathtaking. the hotel had great facilities like a kids club and a pool with a swim-up bar.

Some previous guests have mentioned that there was construction outside the hotel, which could potentially be a disturbance.

During our Christmas stay, we thoroughly enjoyed the amazing pool, which was not only beautiful but also very relaxing. The breakfast buffet was beyond delicious, offering a wide range of cuisines to satisfy every palate. the staff exhibited a high level of professionalism and friendliness, making us feel valued and appreciated throughout our stay at the hotel.

One aspect that could be improved is the cleanliness in the rooms. Although the beds were generally clean, there were a few occasions where the room was not cleaned as thoroughly as expected.

Amazing stay, exceeded my expectations.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks mentioned in the database, such as old bathroom equipment and outdated lifts, they didn't significantly impact our overall experience. The lack of sign boards in the hotel directing to the room numbers was a small inconvenience, but easily manageable.

We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Resort in Patong. the staff, especially Roy, were incredibly friendly and helpful. We appreciated their assistance in arranging a quick rest in the Shower Room during our transit. the location of the hotel is excellent, right in the center of Patong with easy access to the beach, local food, and shops. the hotel itself is like a tranquil oasis in the busy area, with calm and quiet surroundings. the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and we loved the two swimming pools for kids and the great kids club.

I was delighted to find my room clean, spacious and comfortable with a breathtaking view of the beach. The pool was big and inviting, perfect for a refreshing swim. I appreciated the complimentary toiletries and slippers provided, which made me feel pampered. The hotel's central location made it easy for me to explore the area and try different cuisines. I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel.

This hotel is the perfect choice for a fun-filled getaway. With private pool access and being located on the first floor, you can easily enjoy a refreshing swim whenever you desire. The Casablanca restaurant at the reception offers mouthwatering cuisine, ensuring you won't have to venture far for a delicious meal. The hotel is conveniently situated right on the Patong beach, allowing you to soak up the sun and indulge in Phuket's exciting atmosphere. Plus, it's away from the hustle and bustle of Bangla Road, ensuring peace and tranquility during your stay.

One minor drawback was the scent of weed in the New Wing aisle, but overall, it was a fantastic experience.

We had an incredible stay at the Holiday Inn Resort in Phuket. the breakfast was fantastic and the hotel went above and beyond to cater to families, especially the kids. There was a fantastic play area and pools that were perfect for the little ones. the location was also convenient, with easy access to Patong beach, shops, and restaurants. the pool access room we stayed in was well-designed and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be considering the same hotel for our next visit to Phuket.

The kids' pools were a hit with our little ones, with water sprouts, slides, and lots of fun activities. The Kids' Club in the Main Wing offered wholesome and educational activities for the kids, both in and out of the water. We also enjoyed trips to various attractions on the island, including the Phuket Town Walking Street and scenic sunset spots. The Kids' Club pool had a cool slide, adorable whale and turtle fountains, and plenty of shade and shallow areas for the little ones to play.

My wife says that she wished there were more family-friendly dining options available.

We loved our stay here! The location was amazing. We were just steps away from the busy beach and all the restaurants and shops. The service was exceptional - from the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of. The staff at the reception, restaurant, and even the little security guard in gumboots on the beach road were all friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed, like the mini-bar, in-room safe, and free toiletries. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast with a wide selection of food, as well as the pool and garden area where we could relax and soak up the sun.

We would recommend this place to everyone.
