The staff took great care of my sick husband, even preparing congee for him free of charge. The hotel itself is beautiful, like staying in an art gallery. The staff were friendly and helpful, even writing out Vietnamese language instructions for us. The spa was great, with a minor incident that was quickly resolved. we couldn't have asked for better service.

I recently stayed at Azerai La Residence for a few nights during my visit to Hue. The hotel was beautifully presented with authentic Art Deco decor that added a touch of charm. The staff were extremely helpful and professional, and the grounds were well maintained. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the Citadel, and there were plenty of options for dining and entertainment nearby. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the balcony provided a lovely view. The Le Parfum restaurant served excellent food, and the chef's skills were truly impressive. I also appreciated the hotel's attention to detail, as they even offered to ship something I had forgotten to me in Singapore. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Every member of the staff had some command of English and greeted us warmly throughout our stay. The hotel's location was also a plus, with just a short walk or taxi ride to the center of town. Additionally, the hotel offered various tours that allowed us to experience local life and explore the city's attractions.

One aspect that slightly disappointed me was the noise level in the Parfum restaurant. The large, noisy tour groups made it challenging to enjoy a quiet, intimate dining experience.
