The staff, especially Idris Ibrahim and Laila, were super helpful and made our trip even more fun. The location is perfect, with easy access to the tram and Marmaray. We were able to explore Sultan Ahmed and the Golden Horn on foot. The rooms were clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of adventures. Plus, the free wireless Internet access kept us connected with our friends and family back home.

The only thing we wished for was a better party atmosphere at the hotel. It would have been great to have some more young and lively activities or events.

This hotel is exceptional for its value for money and attention to detail. The location is also excellent, with all the main attractions of Istanbul within walking distance. The staff, including Edress, Ibrahim, and Bekir, are absolutely amazing. They are friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The basic amenities and rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast at Q Inn is really nice and satisfying.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Istanbul for 9 nights and it was an incredible experience. The location of this hotel was absolutely amazing. It was walking distance from all the main monuments such as Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Basilica Cistern, and Topkapi Palace. Additionally, it was conveniently close to the tram and numerous places for food and shopping. The staff were extremely helpful and quick to respond to any inquiries or complaints. The room and bathroom were always clean, and the wifi connection was excellent. a truly satisfying stay.

The cleanliness was superb, with comprehensive cleaning practices in place. The hotel facilities were great, including a good breakfast and helpful staff. The location was perfect, just a couple of minutes away from Gülhane Park and Sultan Ahmet square, and only 2 minutes from the tram. It was also a short walk to the Blue Mosque and Aya Sofia.

The location was perfect for tourists, as it was very close to two tramway stations. We were able to easily visit all the important places such as Gulhana park, the seaside, and SultanAhmet, as they were all within walking distance. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality we were given, from the moment we arrived until we left.

We had a great experience at this hotel! the staff at Senabil Hotel Old City & Spa were very helpful and polite. the room was cleaned every day, and we had plenty of clean towels and toiletries. the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was plentiful, with fresh fruit and a variety of breads. We especially appreciated that they were able to accommodate our early arrival and had our room ready well before check-in time. the hotel's location was also ideal, as it was close to the main tourist attractions and public transportation. We would definitely stay here again!

The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more comfortable. Breakfast had a great variety of traditional items and the restaurant provided fresh and tasty food. We also enjoyed the spa and massage services.

We could hear noises from the hallway and other rooms, which was not ideal for getting a good night's sleep.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel provided us with complimentary drinks and cookies which was a nice touch. the location of the hotel was great as it was close to tourist attractions and restaurants. We also enjoyed the fact that the room had a balcony with a nice view.

The hotel room was not as clean as we would have liked. the bathroom had a distinct odor, and there were stains on the bed sheets.
