had an amazing stay at hilton! staff went above and beyond, especially suli at reception. the location was perfect and the beach view from our modern room was fantastic. loved the indoor pool and enjoyed great cocktails. exceeded all expectations!

Keys gave us trouble, had to wait for someone to fix the broken curtain.

As young families, we loved the amazing view, clean apartment, and incredibly comfortable beds and pillows. The receptionists were friendly and helpful, and the pools and spa were a hit!

Felt completely relaxed, no reason to complain.

Breathtaking ocean view from level 17. Spacious room perfect for my family. Enjoyed the long balcony with amazing breeze. Will definitely come back to the Hilton.

Great location for those who do not want to rent a car, as everything needed is within a short walking distance. Spacious rooms on higher floors provide stunning balcony views. Friendly and accommodating staff. Convenient for families with young children. Plenty of entertainment, shopping, and dining options nearby.

This hotel is perfectly situated for those who want to be close to everything- no car required. It's located right in the heart of the bustling city and only minutes away from the main beach. You can easily reach many theme parks via public transportation using a $10 GO explorer card. a very convenient location for budget travellers.

The hotel has some issues with car park access, as well as with slow lifts.

Our Christmas vacation was amazing! the breakfast locations were top-notch, with a great variety of delicious food. We also appreciated the attentive and friendly service from the staff. the location was perfect, with everything we needed right at our fingertips. Plus, we loved taking in the beautiful view of the ocean from our clean and modern apartment.

The lifts were often a hassle. They were frequently packed and difficult to access, which made traveling up and down a bit of a challenge.

We received a complimentary upgrade and loved the bathroom design and soft lighting. The hotel is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The staff at the executive lounge were thoughtful and suggested a late checkout. We look forward to returning.

The hotel's pools are good, with one in the sun and a large wall nearby. The breakfast was nice and the bed was comfortable. The location in Surfers Paradise is awesome.

Can't fault the property in any way.
