The hotel also had amenities like car hire and 24-hour room service which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and provided exceptional customer service.

The free drinks at check-in were nice after a long day of travel. The hotel was conveniently located near popular attractions and delicious restaurants. The room was spacious and the mattress was comfortable for a good night's rest.

The noise level was unbearable! The elevator was rattling so much it felt like an earthquake every time it went up and down. The lack of a coffee-maker or any way to make hot drinks was a disappointment. Also, the fridge wasn't cooling properly. The facility manager lacked professionalism and didn't handle our issue well. we had a mediocre experience and will not be returning.

The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere and the Christmas decorations were beautiful. They offered complimentary breakfast and hot chocolate, which was a nice touch. The location was very convenient, close to popular attractions and easy to get around. Best of all, the lobby was cozy with a fireplace where we could relax and enjoy the holiday spirit.

The staff was disorganized and seemed unaware of what was happening. They were not very attentive and did not make us feel welcome. Customer service could have been better. The rooms were not well-maintained and showed signs of wear and tear. It was not the best value for the price paid.

I was impressed with how quickly maintenance took care of our leaky air conditioner and the compensation given for a stained carpet. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was impressive. I recommend this hotel.
