Awesome location and vibe

Great place with huge, clean rooms and a beautiful modern style. The rooftop bar and pool are perfect for chilling out. Loved the coffee bar in the morning and the restaurant on the main level was super convenient. Just wish we had a bit more communication about charges and some standard amenities weren’t included upfront.

The rooms at Nopsi Hotel New Orleans were truly impressive. The spaciousness of the room allowed for a very comfortable stay, and the modern art and bespoke furniture added a stylish touch to the overall experience. the dining options at the hotel were exceptional. The rotating menu at Public Service restaurant incorporating local ingredients made for a delightful culinary experience.

Staff awareness and politeness could use improvement. I encountered a few instances where the staff could have been more attentive, such as not offering an umbrella when it was raining and a housekeeping mishap.

Excellent bars and restaurant on-site. Staff members were nice and helpful. Bell-boy was awesome, super nice, friendly, and very helpful. Good location outside the Quarter, short walk to everything. Room was nice, morning coffee in lobby just OK but quickly received a Keurig coffee maker in room. Complimentary evening glass of wine was a nice touch. Large king suite had an odd floorplan, maybe better suited for a family or friends traveling together. Centrally located, walking distance to everything. Hotel has rooftop pool with bar. Exceptionally clean rooms with fresh linens and daily maid service. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel had warm and inviting atmosphere. Restaurant had delicious food and no reservation needed. Fresh flowers in the foyer every morning. Would definitely recommend.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room sizes were huge, comfortable, and clean. The bathrooms were also amazing. The staff, especially the concierge, were super informative, helpful, and engaging in great conversation. They provided us with excellent recommendations for things to do in the area. We loved the location of the hotel, as it was within walking distance to many attractions and we felt safe at all times. The hotel facilities were great, with comfortable padded chairs and couches in the common areas. The morning coffee service was also a great perk.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. The room was spacious and always kept clean, with comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. The hotel also had amenities like car hire and 24-hour room service which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and provided exceptional customer service.

This hotel is a hidden gem in an amazing location. The staff are friendly and informative, and the rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The beds are comfortable and the central air system makes the room cool and relaxing. The lobby is beautiful and inviting. Plus, the rooftop pool is a great feature for a relaxing afternoon in the sun.

One minor improvement could be adding tea and coffee-making facilities in the rooms.

The location is perfect for exploring, with easy access to the StreetCar and walking distance to Canal Street and the French Quarter. The rooms are spacious and quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. The rooftop bar and stunning views were a highlight of our stay. The attention to detail and beautiful design throughout the hotel made a lasting impression. we were sad to leave and highly recommend this hotel.

I had such a wonderful stay at NOPSI Hotel! The apartment-style room was incredibly spacious and the bathtub was a heavenly treat to relax in. The staff, especially Kevin and Jeff, went above and beyond to assist me with any request or question I had. The pool area was clean and had plenty of seating options to unwind. The gym had a great variety of equipment. I also really appreciated the text assistant service, Watson, which was a helpful tool throughout my stay.

The free drinks at check-in were nice after a long day of travel. the hotel was conveniently located near popular attractions and delicious restaurants. the room was spacious and the mattress was comfortable for a good night's rest.

The noise level was unbearable! the elevator was rattling so much it felt like an earthquake every time it went up and down.

Amazingly helpful staff, assisted with early check-in, provided toiletries, and made dinner reservations. Clean and well-maintained room. Engaging and talkative staff. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the places we wanted to explore. The staff at Nopsi Hotel were awesome, taking care of us from the moment we arrived during the hectic Mardi Gras period.

We loved the hotel's large and airy foyer, which was very clean. The bar areas, both on the ground level and rooftop, were great for relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. The location was perfect for us, as it was away from the busy streets but still only a short walk to all the music activity in the French Quarter. The staff, especially Travis the concierge and the check-in desk chap, were fabulous and provided excellent service.

During my transit in New Orleans, I had a comfortable and convenient stay at Nopsi Hotel. The upscale and modern design, along with the colorful local art in the rooms, provided a refreshing touch to my travel experience. the hotel's location, within walking distance of the French Quarter and close to Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport, made it an ideal choice for a short stay.

One minor inconvenience during my stay was the confusion surrounding the billing process. I found it unclear how my final bill was calculated, leading to some uncertainty about the charges on my credit card.
