Staff fantastic, lovely hotel, great hospitality, amazing food, beautiful gardens, clean rooms.

Couldn't stay longer.

We had an amazing week-long stay at the Intercontinental. The clubroom we stayed in had breathtaking views. The staff at the clubhouse, especially Charlie, made sure we were well taken care of and introduced us to all the facilities. The premium drinks from 5 to 7, including Prosecco, were a lovely touch. The food was delicious and never-ending, with a wide variety of options for breakfast. The hotel itself was stunning, from the reception to the pools. But what stood out the most was the exceptional care and service provided by the staff. Thank you, Charlie and team, for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely be back!

My Thanksgiving stay was amazing with stunning sunsets, friendly staff, and delicious food and drinks. I enjoyed the complementary afternoon tea and evening cocktails with canapés which were served in a fantastic area surrounded by beautiful greenery. the pools were clean and inviting, and the beach location was amazing. It was easy to access and not too crowded. the hotel's shuttle service provided easy and convenient transportation to explore the area.

The only thing that could have been better was the air conditioning in our room, which was a bit too humid and not easy to manage. the location was a bit far from the main town, but overall it was a lovely stay with fantastic amenities and service.

The facilities at this resort catered perfectly to our family, with spacious twin rooms and a variety of swimming pools that were never overcrowded. The on-site restaurants offered delicious food, although slightly pricey. The well-equipped gym was accessible 24/7, and the convenient shuttle bus made it easy to explore downtown Pattaya.

The hotel is situated on a hill, offering breathtaking views of the sea from various locations. The resort has multiple pools surrounded by lush greenery, creating a serene and tranquil atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and decorated beautifully. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing exceptional service throughout the stay. The breakfast at the restaurant is excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel offers entertainment for guests, such as live music performances.

The resort does not have a direct access to the actual beach.

the exclusive amenities and excellent service created a relaxing atmosphere. the Spa & wellness centre, sauna and outdoor swimming pool were all of the highest quality, providing great ways to unwind. the sun terrace had comfortable beach chairs and sun loungers and there was always the option to relax in the hotel's beautiful garden area. the restaurants offered a wide variety of tasty options, including special diet menus. the private facilities in the room were exclusive and the outdoor dining area was the perfect spot to enjoy a delicious in-room breakfast.

The only negative experience was with the beach access. Although the hotel is located on the beachfront, the beach chairs and umbrellas were not provided by the hotel and are limited.

I recently had a fabulous 7-day stay at the Intercontinental in Pattaya. the staff was incredibly helpful and kind, always willing to assist in any situation. They provided excellent guidance on places to visit and gave useful inside information. I appreciated the convenience of the shuttle service to the city center, which saved me the hassle of finding a cab. the breakfast at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of choices. the rooms were clean and the pools were remarkable.
