The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or questions we had. The location of the hotel was great, offering beautiful views and a serene setting. It was also conveniently located, just a short 5-minute walk from the shops.

The selection of drinks at the pool bar was limited, and we were disappointed that the bar only accepted cash for purchases below a certain amount. It would have been more convenient to be able to pay by card, especially after checking out.

The pool provided great sunset dips and was the highlight of the trip. The buffet breakfast had different spreads every day and the restaurant staff were polite and friendly.

The hillside location was inconvenient for elderly people or families with young children as the hotel shuttle was only one way to the beach and the ride back was either a tuk-tuk or a 10-15 minute walk uphill. The restaurant service size was small and expensive compared to other places in the area.
