During my stay at a hotel in Koh Samui, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service and friendly atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and taken care of. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the action but still peaceful enough to relax. The beach was absolutely stunning, with a specially enclosed section that made swimming safe and enjoyable. The bungalows were comfortable and even had a fire stick that allowed me to enjoy some entertainment. The breakfast offered a great selection and the swimming pool was a refreshing retreat. The nearby Kangaroo restaurant was a highlight, offering delicious seafood options. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Koh Samui.

We loved the perfect location right on the beach, with shallow water on one side and a beautiful view from our sea view villa. The hotel's location right on the beach, with its "infinity" pool overlooking the ocean, was jaw-dropping. The clean rooms nestled in a serene tropical garden provided a peaceful escape from the noise of the main road. The included breakfast allowed for customization and the menu options were tasty, though more variety for vegetarians and pescatarians would have been ideal. The lovely staff made us feel like VIPs and were always available to assist with any inquiries. The availability of tours from the reception and an adjacent transport provider was convenient. The comfortable rooms could use a slight upgrade in terms of decor, and the lack of views from the rooms was a minor drawback. The presence of insects due to the trees added to the beauty of the well-maintained gardens. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy beach access and proximity to the Lamai strip, though occasional late-night noise could be resolved with earplugs. The air conditioning worked well, but could sometimes be too chilly. The highlight of the hotel was undoubtedly the stunning infinity pool, as well as the abundance of sun loungers both by the pool and on the beach.

I also enjoyed the refreshing cocktails during happy hour at the pool, creating a great vibe. The location of the hotel was ideal, and the staff were well-trained and provided excellent customer service. The cleanliness of the garden and beach added to the overall positive experience. Additionally, the room was spacious and had many outlets for convenience.

Despite these minor downsides, I found my stay at The Hive Hotel - Sha Plus to be enjoyable and worthwhile. The beach location was perfect, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were attentive and friendly.

The pool and grounds were well-maintained, and the beach was right there. The comfortable bed and prime location made it totally worth it. Ask for a quiet room to avoid any noise from the street.

This hotel is mind-blowingly located right on the beach, with easy access to AMAZING bars and restaurants. The staff are super friendly and helpful, making you feel right at home. The breakfast is jaw-droppingly good, especially when enjoyed in the beach restaurant. The hotel offers a big, clean pool right by the beach, perfect for lounging and enjoying the island vibes. The bungalow-style rooms in the exotic garden are spacious with a nice big balcony or terrace. Plus, the hotel has a security guard at night for your peace of mind. The location is unbelievably convenient, just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and a food market.

Great deal, comfortable bed, prime central location, right on the beach, nice pool.

Couldn't stay longer.

The hotel's location is quite convenient, just a few steps away from restaurants and attractions. The beach area was quiet, peaceful, and clean. The rooms were furnished with basic amenities such as a kettle and a shower. The staff was friendly and provided us with airport transportation.

There were some negative aspects we didn't enjoy during our stay. The pool was small and could get crowded with kids.

The location was on point, right in the center of Lamai Beach with all the epic activities within walking distance. And the beach, bro, it was clean and perfect for chilling and catching some waves. The pool was sick too, right next to the beach for those dope beach vibes. And let's not forget about the restaurant, the food was fire and the coffee was straight up magic. The hotel area itself was all green and lush, giving off major chill vibes. Can't wait to go back, dude!

The only thing that could've been better was the night scene for young party-goers. We were looking for some lit parties and events, but the hotel didn't have much to offer in terms of nightlife.

The best aspects of our experience were the cleanliness of the rooms, the hotel facilities, the location in a tropical garden away from the noise on the main road, and the helpfulness of the staff. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment. The hotel had excellent facilities including a beautiful infinity pool and easy access to the beach on the opposite side of the island. We loved the peacefulness of the location, surrounded by lush greenery. The staff were always friendly and went out of their way to ensure our satisfaction.

I recently stayed at The Hive Hotel for a week-long vacation with my family. The breakfast was superb, with fresh fruit, perfectly cooked eggs, and crispy bacon. The restaurant, located by the pool and sea, had a stunning ambiance. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always available to assist us. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near a vibrant area with numerous restaurants and bars. The outside area, including the pool and beach, was well-maintained and provided a perfect view.
