The hotel's location was perfectly situated close enough to the bars but far enough away from the really loud ones. It was very close to the center of the old town and most of the sights. The room and bathroom were small but had all necessary amenities, including a balcony to enjoy. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was decent. The pool was well maintained and ideal for an afternoon dip.

This hotel is perfectly located within the Old Town, making it easy to explore Chiang Mai. You can easily walk or take a short tuk-tuk or taxi ride to all the main attractions. The rooms are small but nice, with modern bathrooms. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast options are varied. the swimming pool is well maintained and perfect for a refreshing dip.

The wifi connection in the back section of the hotel was not good.

Great service, packed generous breakfast for our day trip. Enormous rooms, excellent cleaning staff. Night receptionist silenced noisy guests. Excellent location, no outside noise in room. WiFi limitation resolved with own router. Good for couples, maybe not for small children.

This hotel has a great location on a quiet street, yet still within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The modern bathroom had a powerful shower and extra pillows were provided. The balcony was perfect for sitting and enjoying the view. I also enjoyed the breakfast options.

I recently stayed at Lanna Tree Boutique for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is cozy, quiet, and centrally located, making it easy to explore. The staff were welcoming and helpful, providing great recommendations and lending towels for our elephant nature park visit. The rooms were spotlessly clean and beautifully designed, with balconies that were perfect for evening relaxation. I also enjoyed the refreshing pool and the free refreshments in the lobby. a fantastic stay!

had another lovely stay in chiang mai and lanna tree boutique exceeded our expectations. comfortable bed with great shower facilities, and the balcony overlooking the pool was a nice touch. centrally located with cheap restaurants nearby. overall, a pleasant stay!

The hotel's location in the Old City was fantastic, within walking distance to popular attractions and surrounded by great restaurants. The staff, especially Bitty, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay truly amazing.

The only suggestion I have for improving the breakfast menu is to offer a wider variety of options.
