Clean rooms, great saltwater pool. Wi-Fi weak; breakfast not ideal for in-room eating.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to Key West and great amenities like kayaks and bikes. Enjoyed the peaceful vibe and comfy beds. the bathroom was a letdown with drain flies that kept coming back, despite attempts to manage them. The breakfast was minimal, and the traffic noise and airport jets were noticeable. While some staff were helpful, others seemed indifferent to our concerns. The showers varied from cold to decent, and the second room was much better than the first. It had its charm, but some issues made it less than ideal.

I really enjoyed how easy it was to explore the beautiful Keys, with great places like the Crane Point Museum and Nature Center just over 1 km away and a variety of dining options like IHOP and KFC only a few minutes' drive, plus we loved the free use of kayaks and paddleboards to enjoy the waterfront and spot manatees and pelicans; the only downside was the bugs in the room which were a bit annoying but we managed to get them under control.

Nice place for a short stay, close to Key West. Clean rooms with air conditioning, kitchenette, and a comfy seating area. Facility has bikes, kayaks, and grab-and-go breakfasts. Lots of wildlife around, especially chickens and iguanas. The pool area has sun loungers for relaxing. Easy parking too!

Kayaking around was an absolute blast! The pools were inviting, perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun. Plus, the staff made everything feel effortless and enjoyable!

Comfortable Stay with Great Amenities

Coconut Cay Resort offers beautifully spacious rooms with excellent A/C and a great breakfast selection each morning. The amenities, including free kayak rentals, allowed us to explore the stunning surroundings effortlessly. The friendly staff made our experience even more enjoyable!

Spacious room, spacious kitchen with an excellent air conditioning system and all the necessary cookware to prepare meals, making our short stay comfortable and enjoyable.

I was really disappointed with how rude the manager was when I called about my lost adapter. Instead of being helpful, she acted annoyed. It felt like I was bothering her for just trying to retrieve a forgotten item.

A splendid location between Key West and Key Largo. The friendly staff adds value; they’re genuinely accommodating. Free kayaks and bikes enhance the experience, and the pool is inviting. Clean rooms are a plus, yet the space feels dated. Minor issues in the room were overlooked: ants, flickering lights, and a bathroom door dilemma. Breakfast could use an upgrade. A quick grab-and-go is convenient, but lacking in substance. Great potential here, but execution falters. With improvements, this could be a standout resort.

Kayaks and bikes are free to use, which is a nice touch. The outdoor space is lovely, and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Just don’t expect your breakfast to be gourmet.

The kayaks were fun to use, and we even saw manatees! The room smelled smoky and was not ready on arrival.

had a wonderful time at coconut cay in the keys. everything was clean and comfortable, with great room size. the pool area was lovely with plenty of sun beds, and the inclusion of bikes, kayaks, and fishing poles was a nice touch. the staff was friendly, and the hotel's location was convenient with free parking right in front of our room. a very nice place for a relaxing stay.

The breakfast was basic but free, which is always a win. We enjoyed kayaking right off the property, it was like having our own playground.

It wasn’t cheap, but for what you get, it’s justifiable.
