just returned from karon, phuket. phuket emerald beach resort was a pleasant surprise! located right by the beach with convenient amenities nearby. kids loved the water play area and slides while the rooms were clean and staff helpful. exceeded expectations.

My kids were entertained, and the buffet had plenty of options, though it could use some halal choices. I enjoyed lounging by the pool while the kids splashed around. Just a tip for fellow solo moms—watch out for the slippery floors; they make my holiday cardio a bit too exciting!
