We loved our stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The parking situation was a little confusing, but the staff made up for it by not charging us for parking. The location was perfect, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. We were pleasantly surprised by the extra space we had in our room, with a separate bedroom area for the king bed and a designated living room area with a sofa bed. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of hot and cold choices. The staff was friendly, helpful, and well-trained. our experience was fantastic.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the building and the modern decor. It created a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. the morning breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a variety of options beyond the usual continental fare.

There were several aspects of my stay that left a lot to be desired. there were issues with the hot tub as it was lukewarm and had too much chlorine, making it less enjoyable.

The courtesy shuttle to/from the hotel was a blessing, especially since we arrived late. The front desk was responsive and reassuring. The breakfast, included with the hotel stay, was well arranged and had a good variety. The staff members were professional. We also enjoyed the added bonus of a swimming pool. The coffee/beverage station near the front desk made our mornings extra special. The hotel is located close to many restaurants and different shops.

Absolutely nothing.

The value for money was great and the room was excellent with comfortable beds, a spacious layout, and modern amenities. The location was perfect and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast selection could be improved, particularly the overcooked sausage and tasteless eggs. Nonetheless, I would still choose to stay here again in the future.

Despite the slight inconvenience of one elevator being down, the hotel made up for it with the exceptional value of the room and washroom sizes. Although the pool wasn't open during our stay, it wasn't a deal-breaker for us as the hotel is just a short drive away from downtown.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The reception desk staff were fantastic! They made my great granddaughter's birthday extra special with a birthday badge, birthday banner, and balloons on our door. The brand new building was impressively clean and our room was surprisingly spacious. We loved the top floor corner unit with a great view. The addition of a kitchenette and dining table was a pleasant surprise. The outside patio was perfect for enjoying meals. The hotel was conveniently located very near good restaurants and close to different shops.

The location on the ground floor on the way to the swimming pool area is unlike anything I have ever experienced at other hotels. It is close to different shops, providing convenience for guests. the extra space in the rooms is a great advantage, allowing guests to relax and unwind.
