The parking situation is a disaster for larger vehicles—good luck squeezing into those tiny spots!!! The noise from other guests is unbearable. the walls are paper-thin!!! Attention needed on cleanliness.

The hotel’s location made it super easy for my weekend strolls, with the beautiful waterfront park just over 3 kilometers away and the tranquil mission creek regional park less than 3 kilometers away, perfect for a quick outdoor escape. the friendly staff added to my experience, ensuring everything from check-in to breakfast was a breeze.

The Hyatt Place Kelowna features impressive common areas with a cozy atmosphere and complimentary drinks. The staff is welcoming, especially in the restaurant. Guests can enjoy a small pool and hot tub for relaxation. There's an on-site laundry facility, which is a convenient perk. However, the common areas were uncomfortably cold during my stay.

the pool is sooo tiny, it's almost a joke, and don’t even get me started on the breakfast—no scrambled eggs at 9, how am I supposed to function? I almost gave a good review until I realized I didn’t get any special treatment despite my high expectations, disappointing doesn’t even begin to cover it.

The warm indoor pool was such a treat after a long day, and the staff were SUPER friendly at check-in! ! Breakfast was well-organized and had a great range of options. Loved the central location—super convenient for exploring restaurants and shops nearby.

However, it would be great if the breakfast selection could be replenished a bit faster during peak hours.

The swimming pool area was a nice escape, especially with the hot tub. plenty of parking options too. the courtesy shuttle made getting around super easy! Breakfast was well organized and staff were really professional.

Huge room with a separate bedroom area and living room for the sofa bed made it super spacious. Breakfast was solid with a decent selection, and staff were super friendly and helpful!

Had a solid experience at this place during a recent work trip. The front desk crew, especially Sam and Jess, made everything easy as pie with check-in, and there's a solid breakfast spread every morning that kept me going. The work table in the room was perfect for catching up on things after long meetings, really made me feel at home.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but still reasonable for the quality.
