We loved our stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The parking situation was a little confusing, but the staff made up for it by not charging us for parking. The location was perfect, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. We were pleasantly surprised by the extra space we had in our room, with a separate bedroom area for the king bed and a designated living room area with a sofa bed. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of hot and cold choices. The staff was friendly, helpful, and well-trained. our experience was fantastic.

The courtesy shuttle to/from the hotel was a blessing, especially since we arrived late. The front desk was responsive and reassuring. The breakfast, included with the hotel stay, was well arranged and had a good variety. The staff members were professional. We also enjoyed the added bonus of a swimming pool. The coffee/beverage station near the front desk made our mornings extra special. The hotel is located close to many restaurants and different shops.

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable - they even surprised my great granddaughter with a birthday celebration, making her feel incredibly special. The breakfast options were excellent, with everything conveniently packaged to-go. I was thoroughly impressed and will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Absolutely nothing.

The room and bathroom were spacious and immaculately clean. We felt like every surface had been thoroughly sanitized. The breakfast was convenient, with everything packaged to go. The staff went above and beyond to ensure high-touch areas were frequently cleaned, adding an extra level of comfort during these uncertain times. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and attention to detail.

Despite the slight inconvenience of one elevator being down, the hotel made up for it with the exceptional value of the room and washroom sizes. Although the pool wasn't open during our stay, it wasn't a deal-breaker for us as the hotel is just a short drive away from downtown.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The reception desk staff were fantastic! They made my great granddaughter's birthday extra special with a birthday badge, birthday banner, and balloons on our door. The brand new building was impressively clean and our room was surprisingly spacious. We loved the top floor corner unit with a great view. The addition of a kitchenette and dining table was a pleasant surprise. The outside patio was perfect for enjoying meals. The hotel was conveniently located very near good restaurants and close to different shops.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious layouts that provide ample space for relaxation. The bathrooms are well-maintained and offer all the necessary amenities. The service is attentive and accommodating, ensuring that your needs are met during your stay. Additionally, the breakfast is done well, providing a satisfying start to your day. this hotel offers a pleasant and enjoyable experience for solo female travelers.

One drawback is that the hotel has a mandatory mask policy, but not all guests seem to adhere to it. It would be beneficial if there was someone on staff to enforce this policy and ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
