My family and I recently stayed at the Phuket Island View Resort and had a fantastic time. We stayed for a week and our main purpose was to have a beach vacation and also do some guided tours. The location of the hotel was perfect, just across the road from the beach. The hotel staff were always friendly and efficient, meeting all of our demands. The resort had three spacious pool areas which were great for relaxing. The green territory with local cats added a nice touch. The air conditioning and daily water supply were much appreciated. The hotel also provided shower towels and changeable beach towels, which was a nice bonus.

The swimming pool staff were friendly, especially the swim up bar personnel who provided great service. The room was spacious and clean, and the cleaning staff were efficient. The location was handy to restaurants, local shops, and the market. Good breakfast included in the price. Quiet area, but just a short walk to shopping street. The pools were nice and well-staffed with a good pool bar. Reasonably priced food available through room service and by the pool. Large bed in the room. A lot of breakfast options to choose from. Towels changed daily. Right opposite the beach. Good internet throughout the property. Room serviced every day. Pool towels issued and can swap these daily. All staff are friendly and it felt secure.

The staff was incredibly nice and always ready to assist. The resort itself exceeded my expectations, with its three swimming pools and delicious breakfast buffet. Our room had a cozy beachy vibe with a great pool view, and I loved the convenience of the small drying racks on the balcony. The bathroom was modern and well-maintained. The resort's location is fantastic, right across from the beach and within walking distance to shops and markets. I also enjoyed the bar on the roadside, perfect for people-watching.
