The outdoor terrace and plunge pool offered breathtaking views of Samui. The bed was so comfortable that we are considering buying a new mattress when we return home. The hotel cars provided convenient and reasonably priced transportation, and the shuttle service to Chaweng/lamai was a great bonus. The staff at Sandalwood were always attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The spa package we booked was incredibly relaxing and such a good deal. We also enjoyed delicious meals at the Blue Ginger restaurant, with attentive and friendly staff. I had the best honeymoon experience at Sandalwood Luxury Villa Resort.

The rooms are spacious and offer privacy, with some even featuring outdoor spa baths on private balconies. The attentive staff provides exceptional service, ensuring a memorable stay. The buffet breakfast offers a variety of Thai and Western options, including delicious pancakes and French toast.

Some taxis may refuse to go up the steep hill to the resort, which can be inconvenient.

The view from our room was absolutely stunning - it made waking up every morning a pleasure. the staff were also very helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with any requests or questions we had. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.

One major drawback of our stay was the location of the hotel. It was situated on top of a steep hill, making it difficult to get to and from the main road.

This hotel provided a luxurious and exclusive experience. the service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff. the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight, offering a range of treatments including full body massage and beauty treatments. the outdoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxing in, while the sun terrace and garden areas offered stunning views. the restaurant served delicious food and in-room breakfast was a treat.

The only minor issue was the lack of beach umbrellas. the free shuttle service to nearby beaches made up for this.

Comfy beds and high-quality amenities make you feel like you're somewhere very luxurious. it's super peaceful; the perfect place to relax and enjoy the silence.

The hill leading to the hotel is very steep, so if you're not in proper shape or have mobility issues, it could get difficult. the hotel is located a bit far from the city, so it can take some time to get there.
