I had a fabulous stay at this hotel! The spacious rooms were a pleasant surprise, offering beautiful views of the surroundings. The staff members were very friendly and always ready to assist. I particularly enjoyed spending time by the nice big pool, which was never too crowded. The location was also a bonus, with the hotel being conveniently situated near the beach. Plus, having breakfast included was a great perk!

Just one minor improvement could be the need for a lift, especially for the top floor.

My recent stay at Rawai Grand House -Sha Plus was fantastic. The hotel is beautiful, with spacious rooms and a stunning swimming pool. I loved the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the resort, away from the main road. Exploring the island with a scooter was a highlight of our trip. The hotel staff were quick in responding to our needs and made our stay enjoyable.

That it was a bit challenging to get taxis directly from the property due to its location away from the main road. However, renting a vehicle or utilizing a taxi driver who knows the hotel solved this issue easily.

The hotel had a beautiful pool and was surrounded by a lovely garden area, perfect for relaxation. the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the location was also great, with the option to walk to the nearest village or rent a bike or car for more distant points.

the food was lacking and the kitchen crockery was insufficient. the reception staff were unwelcoming and unhelpful, not fully comprehending how to deliver good service.

Cannot find any fault

We had a great family stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us, as it was away from the crowded Rawai beach but still close enough to enjoy the picturesque Nai Yarn beach. The rooms were large and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing good service throughout our stay. The breakfast had a good variety of choices, and the food in the hotel's restaurant was delicious. We also enjoyed the large pool and the peaceful atmosphere. it was a pleasant experience.

Some of the staff members seemed to be inexperienced and there were a few instances where communication was lacking.
