the toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages, and let’s not even start on the cramped room. i woudl ve been satisfied with an upgrade since i had to deal with such discomfort. i almost gave a good review, but the shower door wouldn’t close either—absoluteley ridiculous!

The staff were friendly and accommodating during my stay. The room cleanliness was lacking, with hair and dirt found in the bathroom.

during my stay in gonzales, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. the spacious king studio was a great fit for my couple getaway, and the staff, particularly autumn at the front desk, were incredibly helpful. they made my experience smooth and enjoyable, and the location made it easy to explore local spots.

breakfast options could use more variety.

Stayed here on a work trip and honestly, it was a better choice than I expected. The staff were super friendly, and my room had a large desk and a microwave, which made it easy to work late and not starve. The AC was gold, not too cold but kept the humidity at bay. Plus, I loved the spacious bathroom with a walk-in closet—plenty of room for all my gear.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but all in all, it did the job well enough.

the front desk staff is very friendly and professional. the coffee area ran out of non-flavored creamers.

The hotel is close to fun spots like Blue Bayou Waterpark, and we found the room spacious enough for my large family with teenage kids. Our kids were thrilled with the nice cold AC after a day out, making relaxation easy.

The King Studio provided ample space and comfort, ideal for a couple's retreat. Though breakfast options were satisfactory, the coffee area ran out of half-and-half during our stay. The most frustrating aspect was being given a room by the elevator. its window shade didn't fully close, allowing light to seep in, which I had to mitigate with pillows and blankets. That aside, the staff was exceptionally friendly, and the bed was quite comfortable, ensuring a mostly pleasant experience.

Just a fine choice for a brief retreat in Gonzales with the best value for money ratio. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean, which made my stay enjoyable despite the window shade issue. Bring a sleep mask if you prefer a dark room at night.
