I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was top-notch, from the cleanliness to the hotel facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location was great, within walking distance of Old Chicago for dinner and close to Costco. Moreover, it was the perfect place to hole up and work during a blizzard. I also appreciated the hotel's commitment to cleanliness and employee protection, as well as the outdoor common area.

Absolutely perfect experience! The staff was attentive and you can tell they know what they're doing. They even provided my furry friend with milk bones and a poop bag at check-in. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, making it feel like a brand new home. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Because of this amazing experience, I've already booked another Marriott Towne home for my upcoming trip to Jersey. The manager who checked me in was amazing and made me feel confident in my choice. She even called to ensure I was settled in. Just perfect!

The staff was phenomenal and helpful. Vickie and Linda were accommodating and friendly. Access to the grill and fire pit was awesome. Breakfast was hearty and plentiful. The fruit infused water was refreshing.

The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the newness of the facilities really stood out to us. Check-in was a breeze, and the front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind. They even went above and beyond by allowing us to retrieve some forgotten items and holding onto a pillow for our grandson. The staff made us feel welcome and we will definitely choose to stay here again when in the area.

The staff was super friendly, even taking the time to take pictures of my dog and giving him treats. The bed was really comfortable and the coffee was deliciously strong. My husband enjoyed the fire pit out front.

Although there were a few minor cons, such as the average breakfast and the lack of a dining table, these were easily outweighed by the overall positive experience I had.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at a certain hotel in Billings. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated the convenient location, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious, and I even had access to kitchen appliances in the lobby. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Billings.

During my recent city break, I got complementary drinks which was great. I also liked that the hotel was situated close to restaurants and shops which made it easy to explore the area. Apart from that, the room size was more than enough for two people.

The customer service was also disappointing as I felt that the staff were not attentive or friendly. It was difficult getting any assistance when I needed it.
