The service from the staff was impeccable, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable with a king size bed. The breakfast had a great variety of options for everyone, including halal food separate from non-halal food for the Chinese.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The value for money was great, and my room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything I wanted to see and do. The staff treated me with warmth and friendliness, especially Mr. Butt and Mr. Inuh from the lobby restaurant who made me feel welcomed and always had a smile on their faces.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, but other than that, my stay was wonderful.

The location of the hotel was superb, as we were within walking distance to the mall, Patong Beach, and the bustling Bangla Rd. We loved being able to experience the local culture in this highly populated area. Stayed here for Christmas and New Year’s Eve. The two complementary facts offered were a towel folding class and a Christmas gift. Great location with easy access to the beach and local shops/restaurants. One advantage we enjoyed was the rooftop pool with a nice view.
