Hidden gem in CNX, countryside feel, great coffee, wonderful breakfast, kind staff.

The rooms are spacious and clean, with a highlight being the well-maintained bathrooms. The staff is extremely kind and always ready to assist. The breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of options including fresh fruits and traditional roti. Guests can also enjoy the beautiful garden and refreshing pool area.

It would have been nice to have alcoholic drinks available at the pool bar.

This boutique hotel offers a luxury experience with local flavor. The heated mineral pool and garden are perfect for kids. The staff is amazing and helpful, even driving guests to the hospital. Free airport shuttle and delicious food make this a great choice for a holiday.

For the value we got, our stay at Smile Lanna was a steal. The room was spacious, cosy, and beautifully designed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the old city center. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable.

The outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers are perfect for a day of relaxation and the restaurant offers delicious meals with beautiful presentation. The private facilities in the room were exclusive and incredibly convenient. The garden area is lush and serene, creating a serene atmosphere for guests. The location provides easy access to popular attractions, while still maintaining a peaceful and secluded ambiance.

While we did not encounter any major issues, we did find that the outdoor dining area could have benefited from additional lighting. This small issue did not detract from our positive experience at the hotel, and we would definitely return for another luxurious stay.
