This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the value for money was outstanding - we secured a fantastic rate for our room. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, from the stylish decor to the basic amenities provided in the bedroom. The comfortable double bed added a touch of luxury to our stay. Lastly, the breakfast was a delight, with good quality products and a range of dietary options available.

All was perfect, no room for improvement.

One drawback of the hotel was the cramped breakfast room. It seemed to be not replenished well, with limited food options and a shortage of plates and cups.

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and we found the rooms to be comfortable and spacious. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and near great restaurants. we appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the friendly staff.

That it was a bit of a hassle to find the hotel and parking was a challenge. However, we found that once we settled into our room, it was absolutely worth the extra effort.

We got great value for our money at Hotel Marco Polo. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly had good pillows. The location was ideal for our city trip, just a short 15-minute walk to the arena. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel breakfast menu could have been improved with more tables to accommodate all the guests. Waiting for a table and coffee was a bit inconvenient.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. On arrival, the receptionist showed us where to park our car in an individual garage inside an underground parking garage. Our room was bright, airy, and clean, with a window overlooking a quiet street. The fan heater was set to cool, which was perfect for the hot weather. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was within easy walking distance of the town and all the sights and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of fresh options.

Great Location, friendly reception staff

We stayed at a hotel down a side street, just a short walk from the main square and arena. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds were comfortable. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. The hotel was the perfect base for exploring the city and we even took the sightseeing bus from the main square for a hop-on hop-off tour. We also found a hidden gem up in the hills, where we enjoyed a great view of the city at a cozy bar/cafe with delicious food and drinks. The breakfast had a good variety of options, although the toaster was a bit slow. We also appreciated the security measures with the front door and had no issues. we had a fantastic time at this hotel and would highly recommend it.
