We had a fantastic stay at Rose Park House B&B in Derry. The warm welcome from Mary made us feel right at home. The friendly and helpful staff provided us with great information about the town and even shared Halloween traditions. The breakfast options were delicious, catering to vegetarians as well. The cleanliness of the whole property was top-notch. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the city center. We would happily return for future stays and highly recommend this lovely B&B.

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is situated beside a lovely park and just a short walk or cheap taxi fare to the city centre. It is also close to downtown and other sites of interest. The room was comfortable, with plenty of bedding and pillows. The breakfast provided was custom-made and there were also options for fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, and juice.

The light and fan in the bathroom weren't working, but this was not a major issue as there was plenty of light in the bathroom and a small light on the mirror.

Extremely friendly staff, within walking distance of city center, cleanliness, great breakfast, helpful in finding lost item, knowledgeable owner.

Had a delightful stay at this family-run B&B. From the moment I arrived, Thomas and Mary went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They made me feel like part of the family. the room was impeccably clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the freshly cooked breakfast, served with a friendly smile, was a perfect start to the day. I must give a special thanks to Mary for something she knows about! I highly recommend Rose Park House Bed & Breakfast and can't wait to return soon.

This hotel is located at the top of a big hill, but it is well worth the climb. Its elevated position offers stunning views of the surrounding area, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently situated just a 10-minute walk from the city center, making it a perfect base for exploring all that this vibrant city has to offer. On top of that, it is located near a park with a lovely cafe, providing a pleasant setting for a leisurely stroll or a relaxing coffee.

The staff was amazing, friendly, and made me feel at home. The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is near the city centre and a fort on the outskirts of town.

The location of the B&B couldn't be better. It is situated very close to everything you could want, with a lovely cafe just by the park in Rosemount. The city center is easily accessible by taking a pleasant walk through the park. The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring. The room was newly decorated and spotlessly clean and quiet. Very good firm mattress. Good hot shower in ensuite bathroom. Handy sockets with usb and EU plug. The breakfast room is also really nice, as was the breakfast served with a chat and a smile. It's located a short walk away from the city centre, near a park with a lovely cafe.

The rooms on the upper floors have good facilities and come with very good en-suite showers. The breakfast served here is excellent, with freshly brewed coffee and background music. It's worth mentioning that they cater to special diets, ensuring everyone's needs are met.

The breakfast was good and filling. They had hot cocoa and tea available to prepare to your liking. the location was convenient since it was just a short walk away from the heart of the city and there were plenty of things to do.

The room where we stayed was cramped and uncomfortable. It was not modern and did not have enough sockets for our gadgets.
