The location was perfect, near Platinum Fashion Mall and Pratunam Market. Modern and clean hotel. Spacious room with big bed. Efficient and English-speaking staff.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We had a fantastic stay at a conveniently located hotel. The hotel is very close to shopping malls, making it easy for us to indulge in some retail therapy. We also loved how the hotel is located near plenty of restaurants, allowing us to try a variety of cuisines. The staff was extremely helpful, especially the cafe staff who went above and beyond to assist us. Additionally, the room was clean and comfortable, providing us with a peaceful night's sleep.

There was a minor inconvenience with the receptionist being a bit unfocused during our check-in process.

Comfy beds, clean bathroom, convenient location near shops, free WiFi, complimentary water, helpful staff.

The room was spacious and the staff were friendly. Security measures were good as well. the key location of the hotel allowed easy access to many nearby 7-11 stores and eateries with great value. there was a supermarket just a short walk away which was perfect for buying local snacks.

The room interior was slightly lacking with only one bedside table provided and the shower not being completely enclosed, resulting in water splattering all over the floor. During the cleaning process, dust was swept under the bed and the garbage bag was reused with stains from the previous occupant's cup noodles.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. the location was amazing - it was very near to all the big shopping malls and the main shopping district. This made it super convenient for me to explore and shop around. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and polite. They responded immediately to all my requests and made my stay very comfortable. Lastly, the rooms were great. They had all the basic amenities I needed and the bed was exactly what I had requested - a spacious and comfortable king-sized bed.

The only downside I noticed was that the sound isolation in some of the rooms could be improved. I could occasionally hear the TV and conversations from the next room.

The room was clean and spacious, with large beds that can accommodate up to four people. The hotel provided all the necessary toiletries, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The best part was being able to explore the city, as the hotel allowed us to store our bags after check-out. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in Bangkok.
