We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome drink, and the tours/ticket assistance was very helpful. The room amenities were great, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The sitting area and terrace with garden furniture were a lovely touch, and we appreciated the free toiletries and the availability of a refrigerator, microwave, and electric kettle. The flat-screen tv, parquet floor, and am/fm alarm clock added to our comfort.
