My stay at this hotel was worth every penny. The room was top-notch, with a comfortable bed, a spacious desk, and a fantastic bath tub and shower. The location was superb, right next to the Asok subway station and Terminal 21 mall, and there were plenty of small massage shops nearby. The staff, including the concierge, were friendly and always ready to assist. Plus, the complimentary use of the Westin Club with unlimited beer and wines during evening cocktails was a delightful bonus.

The morning meal could be improved by offering a free happy hour between 6:00pm-8:00pm. This would not only add value to the customers' experience but also make the already great daily rate even more worthwhile.

The location was excellent, with Terminal 21 mall right next door and plenty of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options nearby. We loved the convenience of being close to both the MRT and BTS stations, making it easy to explore this city. The hotel facilities were great, and the breakfast provided was delicious. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at The Westin Grande for a week and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Terminal 21 shopping mall, which made shopping very convenient. There are also plenty of restaurants in the mall with a wide variety of food choices. The spacious and clean room was a delight, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and provided prompt service. The hotel also offers comprehensive day tour packages that cover the best of Bangkok. my family and I were pleased with our stay and there is a high chance we will stay at this hotel again.

The Omelette was the best this year. The Cleaning Lady on my floor was exceptional and made me feel special. The location was central, right opposite the Terminal 21 Mall. The room was spacious with a good city view and excellent housekeeping service.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near shopping malls, restaurants, and other shops, making it easy to explore the city on foot. the spacious rooms were equipped with modern amenities, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

One downside of our stay was that breakfast was not included in the rate. As first-time visitors to this part of the world, we didn't realize this until after we had booked.

As a tourist, I loved the central location near the MRT and shopping malls. The lobby was beautifully designed and bright, with a relaxed main bar offering a great selection of drinks and snacks. The staff were all superb and extremely helpful, making my stay enjoyable.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a minute away from the Asok subway station and right next to the Terminal 21 shopping mall. The variety of food choices at the lunch buffet was impressive, and the lobby bar offered a fantastic Hightea deal for two people. The staff were very attentive and the service was excellent. The hotel also had a bar that stayed open till 2am, with live music after midnight.

The location was excellent, with the hotel conveniently situated right next to the Skytrain station and close to the new shopping mall "Samyan Mitrtown." The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me, providing clear maps, BTS routes, and ticket fares to all major shopping areas in the city.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was if they had provided tea pots for brewing tea instead of just offering hot water in a jug. It's a small detail, but it would have added that extra touch of quality to the breakfast experience.

I had an incredible experience at the Westin Grande Sukhumvit. The staff at the Japanese Restaurant "Kisso" made my stay truly memorable. They surprised me with beautiful flowers in my room and a delicious cake upon check-in. The friendly staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even offering us nice drinks while we waited for our room. The food, especially the dinner at Kisso, was outstanding in taste and service. The breakfast was also big and tasty, leaving me full and satisfied. The room itself was beautifully decorated with a soft and comfortable bed, and the city view was breathtaking.

Conveniently located next to a 24h supermarket and connected to a sky bridge. 10-minute walk to a great leg massage place. Clean room and well-maintained toilet. Area is nice, would stay again.
