The breakfast buffet at Wyndham Grand was fantastic! We had a great variety of options that kept us satisfied throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The property itself is perfect for relaxation, with ambient music playing as you enter. We loved the beach shuttle, although the walk to the beach was also enjoyable. As a couple celebrating our anniversary, we found the atmosphere to be laid back and chill - just what we were looking for.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel near Nai Harn Beach in Phuket. The location was perfect, with stunning views of Nai Harn Lake and just a short walk to the peaceful beach. The room I stayed in was spacious, bright, and immaculately clean. The bathroom had a modern design with a luxurious rainforest shower. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel also had a beautiful lobby and a unique pool area with a swim-up bar. It truly was a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The gym and room corridors could use some updating.

The food at the hotel was amazing, both in the restaurant and room service. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our romantic escape a memorable one. the pool was well designed, clean, and stunning with lovely balcony views. the hotel was conveniently located close to a minimart and shops, making it easy for us to get whatever we needed.

Our stay was marred by the significant amount of construction work that was still ongoing at the hotel. the noise of drilling and hammering went on all day, starting from early in the morning, which made it difficult to relax and unwind.

the friendly staff went above and beyond to cater to our every need, making it a luxurious experience. the spacious and modern open-plan design was complemented by the beautiful outdoor swimming pool and fabulous swim-up bar. the room was equipped with exclusive amenities, such as a large, comfortable bed, a sleek bathroom with a rainforest shower, and a private balcony for relaxation. the breakfast buffet offered various options of excellent quality catering to different tastes and diets.

We noticed that there was no comfortable provision to hang the bath towels, which made it quite inconvenient.

Great location near the beach, with cozy and comfortable rooms. The reception staff was amazing and always helpful. Definitely worth getting the pool access room for a 5 star experience. The hotel is new and the ongoing construction did not cause any disturbances. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast staff were attentive. The facilities, decor, and swimming pool were wonderful.
