Exceptional Service and Cozy Room

The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, with special mentions to Sheena at Reception and the owner, Ms. Gloria, for their excellent recommendations and assistance. the room was beautifully decorated and included thoughtful amenities like complimentary water and toiletries, as well as a cozy balcony. the dated facilities and lack of local dining options were areas that could be improved upon.

Enjoyed easy pool access, perfect bed size, and a lovely private beach at Bacolet Beach Club. Quirky decor, friendly staff, excellent housekeeping, tasty food, and fun sip and paint class. Room decor was delightful, with complimentary amenities and a cozy balcony.

Minor issue with tea/coffee preparation. Pool unavailable, had to use adjacent one.

The swimming pool was also a highlight, with comfortable sun loungers and a beautiful view of the beachfront.

We had a wonderful time at this quiet hotel with a stunning setting. The friendly staff made us feel right at home, and the relaxed atmosphere was exactly what we needed. The view of the beach and pool from our balcony was absolutely beautiful. The infinity pool leading to the secluded beach with a beach bar was a highlight. And even though the hotel is in a quiet location, taxis into town were convenient and affordable. we highly recommend this place for a chill and peaceful Caribbean getaway.

The room at Bacolet Beach Club was truly amazing with a private gallery offering stunning Caribbean Sea views. It felt like a dreamy escape for a beach-loving soul like me.

For me, the breakfast menu could use a re-think. It didn't quite hit the spot.

Nothing all good

I had a fantastic experience at this place. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, with the most amazing sea and sky panorama. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The fluffy white towels and good quality pillows provided in the room added to the luxurious feel of the hotel. I also loved the spacious balcony, which had a stunning view of the well-maintained garden and the sparkling sea.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with beautiful sea views from the balcony and a private sandy beach. There are two small pools available, with plenty of sunbeds for relaxation. The restaurant offers a buffet-style breakfast with a good variety of choices. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and they are willing to make changes to the menu upon request.

The bathroom had a horrible smell, reminiscent of sewage.

The complementary drinks were good. the view from the balcony was breathtaking. the location was perfect for a peaceful getaway.
