Our stay at the Hyatt Regency was fantastic! The value for money was excellent, with a spacious and modern diplomatic suite that made us feel right at home. The staff were amazing, treating us like VIPs and making us feel like we were on vacation in another country.

Our stay at the Hyatt Regency in Trinidad was fantastic. We got great value for our money with a spacious and comfortable room. The location was perfect, right on the seafront with breathtaking views. The staff treated us like valued guests, especially Stephani who gave us a warm welcome and made us feel at home.

The morning meal could have been improved with more options and a livelier atmosphere in the exclusive restaurant.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying near the shipping port with easy access to everything in Trinidad. The exclusive area offered a relatively safe and scenic location for both leisure and business travelers. The spacious room and modern bathroom were immaculate and had breathtaking views. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service at all times. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with local and international options. We enjoyed the live music and great atmosphere in front of the ocean.

The hotel lacked clear communication about the payment policy, resulting in disturbance during the night.

This was my husband's first time in Trinidad, and we were greeted with complimentary wine at check-in. The room had a nice view of the city and was always kept clean. The infinity pool was breathtaking, and the gym was well-maintained with modern equipment. We loved the breakfast, which offered a blend of local and American dishes. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep throughout my stay. The staff was attentive and provided excellent service. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water and coffee capsules replenished daily. The swimming pool was a relaxing oasis, and the sea view from my room was breathtaking. I had a fantastic experience at Hyatt Regency.

Although the room was clean, the toilet had a recurring issue with flushing, which required manual adjustment after each use. The lack of a balcony was a disappointment.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The cleanliness of the property impressed us, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We appreciated the convenient on-site parking and the availability of transportation options, including taxis from the airport. The location next to the harbor was excellent, providing beautiful views and easy access to restaurants and street vendors. The young staff members in the restaurant were attentive and made our dining experience memorable. The breakfast served at the hotel was excellent, and the overall service provided by the staff was polite and helpful.

I recently had a great experience staying at a hotel in Trinidad. The atmosphere was amazing and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They provided a great taxi service that took me wherever I wanted to go and picked me up at my desired time and location. The hotel also had live music by the ocean at night, which made it the perfect place to be in Port of Spain. I highly recommend this hotel for any purpose visit.

From the front desk receptionist, Khadijah, to the attentive and friendly table service, we felt well taken care of. The room had a great panoramic ocean view and was spacious and chic. The location of the hotel was superb, with easy access to local attractions and the parliament building. The restaurant served delicious contemporary international cuisine, and the infinity pool overlooking the ocean was a must-try.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to shopping malls, restaurants, and other fun spots. Angelique, Felicia, Melissa, and Treverne at the front desk were extremely pleasant, helpful. The room was a great size, very clean, and had a lovely design. The bathroom was stunning and the shower was simple but elegant in design. The breakfast was delicious and the ocean front view was breathtaking. The staff at the hotel were friendly and provided exceptional service.

The pool was not big enough in comparison to the size of the hotel.
