We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect for us, with numerous restaurants nearby and easy access to our family living in Boise and Eagle. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with any requests. The breakfast options were great, with a variety of choices including eggs, bacon/sausage/ham, fruits, cereals. The coffee was delicious, and there was always creamer available. We also appreciated the small workstation in the breakfast area, which allowed us to print out our check-in tags for our return flight home.

The rooms were spacious and perfect for our family of four. Having a sleeper sofa was a bonus, allowing everyone to spread out and relax. The location was convenient, close to the Meridian temple and just a short distance from the airport. We appreciated the friendly staff and their attention to detail. Breakfast was included and while it mainly consisted of carbs, the pastries were better than what we usually find. great value for money and a comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at Springhill Suites in Boise for my mom's wedding. The location was perfect, just 5 minutes from the wedding venue. The room was spacious, allowing us to get ready comfortably. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it hard to get up in the morning. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Will and Maurine who made our late check-in a breeze. The hotel was in a safe neighborhood and the lobby was clean. The breakfast had a wide selection and was delicious. a fantastic stay!

From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and went out of their way to assist me. the check-in process was smooth and the front desk personnel were always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, with several restaurants nearby and easy access to major roads. This made it convenient for me to explore the area and find dining options.

One downside during my stay was the breakfast area being crowded with sports teams. Despite signs asking them to use a conference room, they filled up the breakfast area, making it difficult for other guests to find a place to sit and enjoy their meal.

This hotel is located in a wonderful neighborhood near a great steak house and the Meridian temple. The spacious rooms are up-to-date, clean, and comfortable with plenty of room for families. The breakfast is generous with a large selection of food. The front desk staff was helpful and accommodating. In addition, the hotel has a variety of facilities, including handicap accessible rooms.

The air conditioning unit can be noisy at times.

The shape of the Queen Suite was a bit odd, making it feel cramped with more than two people. Additionally, the breakfast was average and didn't live up to the positive reviews we had read.
