As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the convenient location just off the 495 freeway. The buffet offered decent food at a reasonable price, and the restaurant service was excellent. We were impressed with the concierge, who quickly resolved an issue with our room location and odor. The fourth floor room with a king-sized bed was a nice upgrade, and the west-facing view made it quieter. The linens were spotless, and despite the slightly firm bed, we were able to get a good night's sleep. The presence of two staff members at the front desk and the empty parking lot made us feel safe. We also enjoyed the festive touch of a Christmas tree in the lobby and the live pianist playing.
