The bartender's mixes were inventive and enjoyable. The staff was incredibly accommodating, even going so far as to arrange a bubble bath for my children. our stay at this hotel was a great getaway.

We had a fantastic stay at Kapok. the staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. the room was comfortable and quiet, and we loved the private balcony with its stunning view of the hills and ocean. the facilities, including the pool, terrace, and restaurants, were top-notch. the breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a great selection of local foods. We also enjoyed exploring the nearby shops and park, thanks to the hotel's convenient location.

Our stay at Kapok Hotel was fantastic! The location was perfect for attending events near The Savannah. The breakfast was incredible, offering a delightful mix of local and international food. One drawback, however, was that the windows in our bedroom were dirty from the rain and dirt splashes. Hopefully, this is something the hotel can address in the future.

This hotel is a great choice for exploring the attractions of Port of Spain. Its ideal location made it easy for my family and me to walk to Queen's Park, Magnificent Seven, the zoo, and the botanical gardens. Everything else we wanted to see was just a few minutes away by car. The rooms are comfortable, with thoughtful amenities such as a refrigerator, flat-screen TV, and safe. We also enjoyed the breakfast with its stunning views of the savannah and the city. our stay at this hotel was always amazing.

Had a fantastic Easter weekend at this hotel! the service was excellent, with friendly staff who were always ready to help. the security staff at the entrance were very diligent in reminding people to sanitize. the pool was amazing, especially since it was a saltwater pool, which is less damaging to the skin and hair. the view from the room was breathtaking, overlooking the Savannah and the ocean. It was truly a unique experience. a great stay and I would highly recommend it!

There were a few minor issues during my stay. the room could use some updating, with outdated finishes and a non-functional TV in the bedroom.

Great location at the top of the Port of Spain savannah with a really nice view. The basic amenities in the rooms by the front desk were kept clean and tidy. The breakfast included some vegan options and was a great value for money.

Additionally, the hotel had various facilities, including a pool and a gym, which added to the overall experience.
