Great breakfast options, especially on the terrace with a nice view. Some room details need improvement and consistency.

The breakfast spread was outstanding, featuring an extensive variety of cheeses, salads, and eggs, enjoyed on a pleasant terrace overlooking the clock tower.

The room and bathroom were smaller than expected and showed signs of wear, with a leaking bidet and a shower door that wouldn't close properly, leading to wet floors.

I was thrilled with the super convenient location, just a few steps from the doors of the medina, allowing me to easily explore the lively local markets and rich culture of Tunis, and I particularly enjoyed the amazing breakfast with a delightful view of the clock tower, making mornings here truly special.

The breakfast buffet truly stood out with its variety and freshness. The roof terrace provided a lovely view after a day of exploring, though I did find the Wi-Fi in the room a bit spotty.

Don't miss the rooftop terrace for a peaceful escape after a day of sightseeing. the views and ambiance are truly refreshing.

the air conditioning was awful and made my stay unenjoyable, despite the hotel’s attempts to convince me otherwise. also, the check-in process was more like a battle than a welcoming experience. i woudl ve been satisfied with a complimentary gesture after all this inconvenience, but alas, i guess they don't do that here. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The hotel's location was ideal for our family explore Tunis, especially with mom along! We enjoyed fabulous breakfast options, and I particularly loved sipping coffee on the small balcony overlooking the buzz of the streets, a perfect start each day.

the carlton has a fantastic location, just a short walk to the train station and the medina. my family stayed in nina's room, which was the cleanest and most comfortable we've ever had. the breakfast was super generous, and the staff went above and beyond to help us when we had a health issue with my daughter.

I stayed for six nights and enjoyed the atmosphere. The breakfast had a variety of hot dishes and fresh fruits. I appreciated the soundproofing in my room. One morning, I had an interesting incident with the porter who insisted on helping me with my taxi. I felt uneasy when the driver seemed suspicious, but I managed to get out before any issues arose. The location was central, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. I am single from New York, and it was my first trip here.

The breakfast was a highlight, plenty of options for everyone! And the staff were genuinely kind, I felt welcome from the moment I walked in.

It wasn’t cheap, but could be worse, considering the location and services provided.
