The Acra Hotel in Istanbul exceeded our expectations. The well-maintained and clean rooms were complemented by the fantastic and friendly staff. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, with the option to enjoy it on the rooftop with a spectacular view. The hotel manager, Miss Ozlem Ozduman, was extremely helpful and ensured a smooth and enjoyable stay.

The staff here were incredibly helpful, especially Hassan at the reception. He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and even organized local sightseeing activities for us. The hotel is well-maintained and the rooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities for a luxurious stay.

The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with new flat-screen TVs and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing a warm welcome and offering delicious apple tea and Turkish coffee upon your return. The breakfast is rich and varied, with options to enjoy it on the rooftop with a stunning view of the surrounding area.

Great location just behind the blue mosque, within walking distance to other tourist attractions. Our room was comfortable and cozy, with a balcony for a cool breeze. The staff were friendly and available 24/7. The breakfast with a view of the sea and blue mosque was amazing. Wifi worked perfectly and there were shops and restaurants nearby.

This place is perfectly located, walking distance to all the main attractions in the beautiful Sultanahmet area. The staff were very helpful, explaining all sightseeing locations and providing room amenities like tea and coffee facilities, ironing facilities, and in-room safe. We also enjoyed the leisure garden area and the restaurant with its breakfast buffet and special diet menus. Throughout our stay, we felt very welcomed.

The breakfast was decent with a good variety of food options. the hotel was located close to many restaurants and shops which made it easy to find a place to eat. the hotel offered complementary afternoon tea with pastries which was a nice touch.
