We had a wonderful time at this hotel! The staff, especially Kadir, Hussein, Özgür Hasan, were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the main attractions like the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the Grand Bazaar. The hotel room was comfortable, spacious, and clean. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the excellent massage.

During our xmas stay, we appreciated the complementary fruit platter and bottled water provided in our room. the location was also very convenient, close to many attractions and easy to navigate. We particularly enjoyed being able to walk to the local market and try different foods from the area.

The hotel lacked basic amenities such as a functional heating system during the cold weather. We also found the staff to be unfriendly and unresponsive to our needs.
