The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start our day. We also appreciated the additional services available, such as room service and car hire. we were very impressed with the quality and comfort provided by this hotel.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short walk from Taksim Square and all major forms of transportation. It was also within walking distance of popular attractions such as Istiklal Street and the Galata Tower. The room, although compact, was functional and had enough storage space for our luggage.

We had a negative experience with the room initially. When we entered, there was a strong chemical smell that made it difficult to breathe.

During my Easter stay, I had a great experience at a hotel in Istanbul. the best aspects were definitely the comfortable beds and the spotless rooms. the location of the hotel was also ideal – it was in close proximity to key tourist attractions and public transportation. Another advantage was the friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The room didn't have enough ventilation, which made it slightly stuffy at times. there was an issue with the kettle in the room which needed replacement.
