The hotel is located in a great area close to many restaurants and tourist attractions. It is also conveniently close to the tram stop which makes exploring other areas of the city easy. The room was clean and comfortable for a family. The staff at the reception desk were extremely friendly and helpful.

Some minor issues were present such as a missing table and chairs in the room, rough bed sheets in one of the rooms, and inconsistent air conditioning.

This hotel is located in a very good area, just two minutes walk from the tram and in the centre of Sultanahmet. The staff is friendly and the rooms are cleaned and have all facilities. Additionally, the rooms have a window towards an interior 'garden' which provides nice views.

The breakfast included is basic with no fresh food.

Clean and well-kept rooms with daily cleaning. Family room had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Good and varied breakfast buffet. Friendly and helpful front desk. Convenient location near shops and tourist sites.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was unbeatable, as it was within walking distance of all the major Sultanahmet attractions and surrounded by great restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and were always friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated their assistance with transportation and navigating the city. The hotel itself was clean and had good facilities, including a delicious breakfast. We couldn't have asked for a better location close to everything.

Amazing location with plenty of restaurants and tourist attractions close by. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our holiday even better. We especially loved the free complementary breakfast and the cappuccino machine was a bonus.

Our room was smaller than we expected and the air conditioning only had two settings, freezing or off, so it was difficult to regulate. our room didn't have a view like some of the other rooms, which was a bit disappointing.

I recently stayed at Ayasultan and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from the moment I arrived until I checked out. The location of the hotel was perfect, being only a 2-minute walk from the tram stop and within walking distance of all the famous sights. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast on the 5th floor had a stunning view of Hagia Sophia and the sea. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.
