We had an exceptional stay at a hotel with a great location. The receptionists, Isa and Huseyin, were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They even helped us find an adaptor for our electronics. Our room had a beautiful sea view, and the breakfast offered a variety of delicious Turkish dishes. The hotel's proximity to the Grand Bazaar and other attractions made it the perfect choice. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Istanbul.

His guidance and helpfulness were truly exceptional. The rooms may have been smaller than expected, but it didn't hinder our overall experience. It is also conveniently situated near a supermarket, making it easy to pick up any essentials. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with friendly staff who go out of their way to make you feel at home. The breakfast offers a variety of fresh options, although some improvements could be made to cater more to European tastes. The hotel also provides helpful services such as airport transfers and assistance for guests with specific dietary needs.

One minor drawback was the noise from the reception area during the night, which required me to kindly ask them to lower the volume. However, the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful, making up for this small inconvenience.
