Incredible service from reception staff who went above and beyond to make our stay special. Plenty of delicious food options and great spa treatments. Clean hotel with good facilities. Access to the beach is convenient. Would definitely come back!

The all-inclusive snack bar by the pool had a great selection of hot dishes and homemade lemonade. The buffet restaurant had a variety of options, including grilled meats and Turkish flatbreads. The spa and kids' club were fantastic.

Oh, and the telly in the room wasn't free, which is so common in hotels nowadays, and the food was a bit hit or miss.

The hotel was extremely clean, with welcoming and polite staff. The facilities were well-maintained, and the bar had a good selection of drinks. The room was comfortable, with excellent AC. The food options were varied and plentiful, and the restaurant staff were pleasant and accommodating. The pool provided a peaceful escape from the constant music.

The hotel is conveniently located near a nearby port, making it easy to take day trips to neighboring islands. it is within walking distance to all the shops, making it ideal for those who enjoy shopping. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with a fridge and daily water bottles. The service provided by the maid is exceptional, with the rooms always being clean and the maid being friendly. The breakfast spread is diverse and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.

The Wi-Fi connection can be quite unreliable at times.

The hotel offers exclusive amenities, such as a Spa & wellness centre, Indoor and Outdoor swimming pools, Sun loungers, a Garden area and an Entertainment room. The location advantages include private access to the beachfront, with a Seasonal outdoor pool. The bar/ lounge area serves a delicious Buffet breakfast and the Poolside snack bar offers tasty refreshments. The room advantages cover private facilities that offer a luxurious stay.

The Sauna service was not available during my stay, which was a minor issue.

Two things that we liked about the hotel were the proximity to the beach and the all-inclusive package. The hotel is just a few steps away from the beach, which made it easy to go for a swim or a walk whenever we wanted. The all-inclusive package allowed us to have all of our meals and drinks included, which was a great advantage as we didn't have to worry about budgeting for food and drink expenses. we really enjoyed the live music performances in the evening, which added to the holiday atmosphere.

There were a few things that we disliked about the hotel during our stay. the room we were given smelled of damp and was not very clean.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The buffet at the Italian restaurant was a great alternative to the main restaurant, especially since we arrived just before it closed. The hotel had a modern feel and the staff made sure we were comfortable at all times. We particularly enjoyed the drinks served with ice and lemon, a refreshing touch.

We felt completely secure during our stay and had nothing to complain about.
