For the price we paid, we got excellent value. The room was comfortable, clean and had all the necessary amenities. The hotel's location right in front of the big shopping mall was super convenient. The staff, especially Mr Utku, Mr Arcan, Ms. Kubra, and Ms. Olcay, were outstanding - polite, welcoming, and always ready to help.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with better food storage and freshness.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a truly exceptional hotel. The customer service at Cpankara was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist. The spacious and clean rooms provided utmost comfort, and I particularly enjoyed the sauna and spa facilities, which were free of charge. The restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast spread was diverse and satisfying. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to the airport, a short drive to the city center, and a convenient neighboring shopping mall.

Had the best xmas experience ever! Loved the free hot cocoa and cookies we were greeted with upon arrival. The hotel was located right in the heart of the city making it easy to access shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean with a fantastic view of the city.

The breakfast lacked variety and the service was slow at times. The pillows on the bed were too hard and uncomfortable.

I had a great time at Cpankara Hotel. The location was perfect, with a mall nearby and a metro station right next to the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff at the breakfast area were extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and excellent breakfast.

This hotel exceeded my expectations of luxury. The Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, Turkish bath, and Massage fulfilled my exclusive amenities needs and left me feeling pampered. The Garden area and BBQ facilities were excellent for relaxing. The staff members were very friendly and professional. The location next to the shopping mall was an added bonus.

There was a minor detail that caught my attention, the spa lounge was a bit small compared to the rest of the facilities. Other than that, this hotel was a dream come true.

We had a fantastic stay at Cpankara. The location was perfect, right next to a great shopping mall and a metro station just steps away. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Special thanks to Mr Utku, the duty manager, for his exceptional assistance and arranging our PCR test. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options, and the breakfast staff were helpful and friendly.
