I recently stayed at Cvk Taksim Hotel for my vacation. The staff was exceptional, especially the receptionist Ilyas and the manager. They were very polite and always wore a smile. The service staff provided excellent support and catered to all my needs. The restaurant staff, led by Yesim, was also outstanding. The hotel's location is perfect, close to all the stores. it was one of the best hotels I've ever visited. I would like to appreciate all the staff for their job and advise them to keep up the great work. I will definitely be visiting again soon.

We, a group of friends who enjoy going out at nights, had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff, especially Jerry and Betul, provided superb customer service. We were upgraded to better rooms and received a late check-out. The hotel reception was always helpful in guiding us to places to see, finding food, and arranging transportation. The SPA offered an excellent massage and Turkish bath. the hotel was great value for money.

Got an upgrade and a free late check-out, which helped with my tight schedule. the breakfast offered varied options and got me energized for a busy day. the location was very convenient, close to many restaurants and shops, so I could explore the city after work.

The room was quite small and didn't have enough space to move around freely or to put my luggage. the noise from the street and other rooms kept me up at night, which left me feeling tired and unproductive during the day.
