We had a fantastic stay at these apartments. The location was ideal, being very close to the town center and train station, making it very convenient for us to explore the city and travel around. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with modern and well-equipped apartments. Everything was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely place in Newport. the apartment at Quay Apartments Clarence House was absolutely amazing. the location was great, offering a nice view from the 9th floor. the apartment itself was clean, spacious, and had a kitchenette, living room, and bedroom. the amenities provided, such as the iron, ironing board, freezer, and big wardrobe. the Wi-Fi signal was also strong throughout the entire apartment. the staff, particularly Tariq, the owner or hotel manager, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. the apartments were new and modern, exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend staying here, as it was truly a wonderful experience.

I recently stayed at a fantastic place attached to the building with plenty of parking spaces. The apartment was spacious and had a well-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. The layout was great and utilized all the space effectively. The bedding and towels were clean and of good quality. The staff were friendly and helpful, although they mentioned being short-staffed. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The apartment we stayed in at Quay Apartments was exactly like the pictures - beautiful and with breathtaking views. It had everything we needed and was quiet and warm. The beds were a bit firm for our taste, but we still slept well. The place was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. it was a lovely stay and we would definitely consider coming back.

The hotel is fairly central and conveniently located with lots of car parking spaces next door for a small fee. The room was spacious and clean, with a great view of the river and town. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and quickly resolved any issues we had. The room had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and a good, hot shower. The hotel's location was also convenient, with a short walk to the town center, shops, and the bus station.

We recently stayed at a wonderful apartment that was spotless, had a great smell, and was finished to a high standard. It provided great wifi, a smart TV with Netflix, and a Tassimo coffee machine. the bed was comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. the apartment was the perfect size for our small/medium family and the kitchen was handy for our longer stay. We also loved the secure gated car park, as it gave us peace of mind about our vehicle's safety overnight. One of the major highlights of our stay was the amazing staff. Mustapha was incredibly helpful in guiding us through parking and ensuring we had our keys, even though we arrived quite late. the night security staff was also incredibly friendly and assisted us with our bags. the warm and friendly housekeeping lady even came to the apartment with the card machine to take payment for the car park.
