The location is fantastic, right next to the metro station and very close to al Fateh market with lots of restaurant options. It's in a central area but away from extremely crowded tourist areas, making it convenient for exploring. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with excellent room service. The breakfast is perfect, with plenty of choices. The gym and spa are well-equipped and free of charge. The rooms also offer quiet and comfortable ambiance with good views.

The cleaning of the room can be inconsistent at times.

I loved how this place is conveniently located close to a subway station in a great area with access to transportation. The service provided by the staff is top-notch and they have satisfied all my request from the moment of arrival until my check out. The room amenities such as the in-room safe, tea and coffee facilities, and mini-bar, along with the comfortable bed made my stay even better. The leisure spa and wellness center is amazing and it's a great addition to this hotel. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massages added to my relaxation. Also, the breakfast had many options and satisfied all my cravings.
