The breakfast spread was decent, offering a good variety of options to start the day. the hotel provided a great experience with its top-notch location and excellent service.

That the facilities of the rooms needed some renovation.

The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit and cooked dishes. The hotel offered shuttle services to and from the airport and had a comfortable lobby with refreshments. The location was convenient, with many restaurants and attractions within walking distance.

The hotel had excellent coffee and tea facilities in the room, which was perfect for a quick pick-me-up before heading out to explore the city! the location was also spot on, as it was within walking distance of all the main attractions and only a stone's throw from the tram. the friendly staff were always happy to provide directions and recommendations, which made our city trip a lot more enjoyable.

The bathroom was a bit on the small side and the bath was quite high, which could be inconvenient for elderly or disabled travellers. We also experienced some noise from the outside traffic and occasional construction work, which disturbed our sleep.

The airport transfer service could use improvement, as guests experienced a 20-minute wait at the airport after confirming the transfer. It may be more cost-effective and efficient to opt for a yellow taxi or Uber instead.
