The hotel even had a bus station right in front, making it convenient to explore the area. The hotel staff went above and beyond, sending me a personalized thank-you card and fruit basket, and checking in on my experience. The breakfast on the 7th floor was incredible, offering a wide variety of delicious food with a stunning sea view. The room was spacious, with a comfortable and clean bed. The hotel promptly resolved any issues, and the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel rooms were spacious, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the massage service was professional and affordable. The restaurant had a great sea view and delicious food. The location was ideal, with easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants.

There was a minor issue with the location advantage. Although the hotel provides a shuttle service, the distance to central areas may be problematic for those without access to a personal car.

My Christmas stay was amazing! the free shuttle service from the airport and the warm welcome drink upon arrival were an unexpected treat. the beachfront location with stunning views and close proximity to shopping and dining options made it easy for me to enjoy the holiday season. the spa services were also a hit, as the hot stone massage was just what I needed to unwind before the new year.

My only complaint was the limited selection of vegetarian options on the menu, but the staff were accommodating and prepared something special upon request.

The hotel also offered a complimentary shuttle service to the exhibition center, which was a valuable bonus. We really loved our stay at this hotel. The upgraded room was fantastic, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices every day. The location near the center and the beach was perfect. The staff, especially Mr. Esref and Guest Relations Officer Gulnar, were exceptional in their efforts to please and assist us. All the hotel staff were friendly, approachable, and helpful, attending to all our needs and wishes. We will definitely miss the kindness and hospitality of this hotel.
