honestly, my stay was such a letdown. the bath was filthy, and it took me four requests to get it cleaned. seriously, housekeeping needs serious training. Also, after enduring such discomfort, I expected at least a room upgrade as compensation, but instead, I received nothing. almost wrote a nice review, but just couldn’t. ,

The hotel has a lovely beachfront and the rooftop pool area is like an oasis. The location is great, with local eateries nearby, perfect for sampling regional cuisine.

However, soundproofing is a serious issue. I often heard conversations from the next room. I also faced some maintenance delays, making my stay less relaxing than expected.

the so-called five-star hotel was a complete mess. it took four requests just to get my bath cleaned, and still, it wasn’t done right. also, can we talk about the half-drank coke left in my fridge? after all this chaos, a complimentary gesture woudl ve been a nice touch, but no, just pure disappointment. almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t.

Our stay was marked by polite staff and spacious, clean rooms. Breakfast offered a delightful variety, ensuring a strong start to the day. The rooftop pool provided a serene escape, perfect for relaxation. A couple of meals were enjoyed on-site, and they were both delicious and reasonably priced. A solid experience for families and couples alike.

Room cleaning was sometimes a bit delayed in the afternoons. Additionally, the spa services were hard to book due to high demand. But overall, those were minor issues.

Great pool and excellent service from Mariam, but breakfast could use more variety.
