The bed sheets and coffee provided at Gumus Palace are exceptional, with a good internet connection and nice breakfast, offering great value. the location near Medical Park hospital is convenient, and the staff, especially Mohamad and Mert, are friendly and helpful.

Street view rooms are noisy, with poor soundproofing. Language barrier for communication.

Arriving late, I craved pizza. the night receptionist reassured me they could deliver. Disappointingly, the order took over 2 hours, causing inconvenience. Despite this hiccup, the comfortable room and good breakfast made my stay enjoyable. I'd suggest this hotel.
