During our stay, we experienced exceptional customer care. Towels placed on the floor were promptly replaced by the cleaner, who also ensured that the room was spotless. Additionally, the mugs were regularly replenished. Plus, the hosts allowed us to use the toilet even after check-out.

For the price we paid, we got excellent value for our money. The room, though small, was comfortable and clean with all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect for our needs, being close to Beaulieu and the New Forest. The staff, especially the owner Paul and Jane who waited on us, were friendly and exceptional in their service. The dinner we had in the hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious and offered great value for money.

The breakfast could have been improved with a wider choice of sweeteners, instead of just sugar.

Door slamming, dogs barking, and a loud snorer next door disturbed the peace and quiet. It would have been helpful if the hotel had enforced some noise control measures to ensure a more peaceful environment for all guests.
