The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast, although basic, offers a decent selection of dishes. the hotel provides a comfortable stay and is a good choice for families.

The tram and bus stations were just a 2-minute walk away. The room was clean and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the interior design and the delicious breakfast served every day. I recently stayed at Hotel Hira for a week-long trip to explore Turkey. The hotel staff, especially Sahin, went above and beyond to assist us with our travel plans and even got us discounted bus tickets. The location of the hotel was perfect, surrounded by restaurants, stores, and public transportation. The facilities were top-notch, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast was satisfactory, although more fruit options would have been nice. I had a fantastic stay and will definitely return to Hotel Hira for future visits.
