We loved the convenience of this hotel's location in terms of transportation. It was within walking distance of the tramway, bus station, mini buses, and metro station. Moreover, it was close to shops, cafes, and main roads that led to popular tourist attractions.

We loved our stay here! The hotel was right in the heart of the city and had an amazing view overlooking the bustling Maidani Mall. We loved the different amenities like room service, car hire and the option for dry cleaning, all adding to the luxurious experience. What a pleasure it was to get a welcome drink on arrival and the tours/ticket assistance was so helpful in planning activities for our trip.

During our trekking trip with a group of friends, we stayed at a hotel right in the heart of the city close to several shopping centers. Our spacious and clean room had a comfortable bed, and the modern bathroom offered pleasant toiletries. The service provided by the staff was helpful and quick. The breakfast had limited options, but the Chef made a special tea to our liking. The location was convenient, next to a metro station and within walking distance from various attractions.

Some people loitered outside the hotel while withdrawing money from a nearby bank, which created discomfort.

This hotel is perfectly located in the center of Bursa overlooking the Maidani Mall. The staff is amazing and helpful, especially Nihat who upgraded my room to an executive for free. The room had a balcony with a beautiful view of the city and mountains and the breakfast had a wonderful spread.
