I had an incredible experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner of the rooms being spotless. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a kitchenette with a fridge, which was very convenient. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was situated high on a hill, offering a breathtaking view down to the sea. It was also close to local attractions such as a nearby beach and the famous Eden Project. The staff were extremely friendly and provided helpful information, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The location was perfect, situated high on a hill and close to both Heligan Garden and the seafront. And the breakfasts were not to be missed, served in a sunny room off the terrace and absolutely amazing. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our stay feel like a home away from home.

The rooftop garden provides a tranquil spot to relax and take in the scenery. The rooms are tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. The friendly and professional hosts go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Don't miss out on the delicious breakfast served in the sunny terrace room.

One downside is the ongoing construction work nearby, which may occasionally disrupt the peaceful ambiance.

We had a fantastic stay at a great value for our money. The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated with a lovely ocean theme. The location was perfect for us, close to Carlyon beach and The Eden Project. The staff, especially Natalia, provided a warm welcome and excellent service throughout our stay.

The food for breakfast could have been improved with more variety.

the stylish and well-equipped room had a very comfortable bed and a modern bathroom with an excellent shower. the hosts, Igor and Natalia, were incredibly welcoming and the breakfast was fabulous. the gardens and roof terrace with sea views were a lovely bonus. I will definitely stay at Rockleigh Place again.

Had a great Xmas break at this hotel! Loved the delicious and generous breakfast, perfect to start the day. the location was ideal, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. the onsite parking was a plus. the freshly cleaned and well-maintained room made for a comfortable stay. the friendly owners provided excellent hospitality, offering a transfer service when taxis were hard to find. a superb experience!

The limited dining options within walking distance. A short drive was required to find restaurants for dinner, which would have been nicer for a stroll in the evenings.

The guesthouse is in a convenient location, close to a good restaurant serving delicious food. It is also situated near Heligan garden, offering beautiful views down to the sea. The rooms are spacious and clean, with modern decor and a comfortable bed. The bathroom is top-notch, with impressive lighting. The hosts are extremely kind and welcoming, providing complementary tea and coffee. Plus, the private parking is a bonus and there is free WiFi for guests to enjoy.

There is not a large supermarket nearby.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this lovely guest house. the rooms were beautifully decorated with elegant decor and the attention to detail was impressive. the owners, Igor and Natalia, were incredibly welcoming and made sure that we had everything we needed. the breakfast, served in a stunning dining room overlooking the rooftop garden, was plentiful and delicious. We were also delighted to have a small mini fridge in our room, which is something you don't often find in UK hotels. the location was perfect, just a short drive away from Charlestown, our favorite place to dine and enjoy a drink. We can't wait to go back to Rockleigh Place in the future!

I got incredible value for my money at Rockleigh Place. The room was clean, fresh, and had everything I needed. The location was convenient, with beautiful beaches just a short drive away. The staff treated me with great kindness and hospitality.

My only small suggestion would be to add some bacon to the morning meal.

The hotel had all the basics we needed, including tea, coffee, and toiletries. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was a nice touch. The décor throughout the place was stunning, like a palace. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. The staff made our stay seamless and enjoyable. We couldn't fault anything about our experience. Definitely a 5-star stay!
