We were in Darlinghurst for World Pride and Medusa Hotel was the perfect sanctuary. The location was ideal, close to transit, bars, and restaurants. The room was compact but comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Luke, who greeted us, was charming and accommodating, even offering us a free room upgrade. The wine and other complimentary goodies were a nice touch. The hidden gem of a hotel made us feel right at home.

We had such a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel so special as guests. The rooms were well equipped with everything we needed and had a sleek design. The location of this place was amazing, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and clubs within walking distance. We loved coming back to our room after a long day of exploring. The hotel had a wonderful vibe and attention to detail, and we would definitely stay here again.

The location is fantastic, surrounded by some great eateries, with plenty of good restaurants nearby on Macleay Street. The room is comfortable with a very comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The hosts are charming, vivacious, knowledgeable, and interesting. The staff is very responsive and provides over and above help with luggage. The hotel itself is beautiful and renovated with taste. The ground floor terrace is a bonus.

The room could use a more comfortable padded chair to sit and relax in.

We had a great stay at Medusa Hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of great cafes and attractions nearby. Our room had a balcony opening up to a charming courtyard, giving us a true European vibe. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like a small bathroom and some noise from the water feature, our overall experience was fantastic. We highly recommend Medusa Hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Sydney.

The hospitality was fantastic! Friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. We were impressed with the complimentary snacks and drinks offered in the room. The location was perfect for exploring the city, surrounded by amazing restaurants and cafes. Loved the fact that it was near the park which was perfect for morning jogs. One of the best aspects was the large and well-appointed room with a comfortable bed, quality sheets and lots of pillows.

None that we could think of. The only thing that comes to mind is that the decor may be a bit outdated, but this did not affect our overall enjoyment of the stay.

The manager, Luke, was super friendly and accommodating. a friendly and quaint accommodation in a nice area.
