Clean location with excellent staff, especially Sultan who was kind and accommodating. Food and entertainment were amazing. Highly recommended for a quality vacation.

Amazing 5-star resort with helpful staff, beautiful rooms, fantastic views, and excellent greenery. Great for families with plenty of pools, aqua park, and daily activities for all ages. All-inclusive feature never left us hungry with delicious halal food and lovely fine dining experience.

This hotel surely has one of the best locations. Situated super close to the beach, with just a few steps, you are enjoying the beach. Besides, the on-site restaurants treat the guests like royals. The staff provides excellent service with high-quality amenities, which makes for an enjoyable stay.

The hotel's location is quite far away from everywhere, situated in the middle of a dark area, which may cause discomfort for the guests.

Plenty of fun activities for families, clean and tidy environment, and helpful staff. Variety of food options available at all times, including outdoor grilling. Stunning outdoor area with many slides, pools, and shows. Perfect location for a memorable family vacation.

Our recent stay at a resort in Turkey was amazing. The pools were great and had many activities. The kids enjoyed the disco and face painting. The staff was very attentive to our needs. When it was too cold at night, they provided us with a heater. we had a great time and would recommend this hotel.

We definitely got great value for our money at Ic Hotels Green Palace - Kids Concept. The room was comfortable and the location was beautiful, with a stunning sandy beach and clean water. The staff treated us with politeness and helpfulness throughout our stay.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise! We experienced exclusive amenities, including a fantastic spa & wellness centre, incredible outdoor swimming pool, and sauna. The beach access is fantastic, and the health club is top of the range. We were impressed with the live entertainment that the hotel offered, and it was the perfect way to unwind after a long day. The full body massage was heavenly, and the spa lounge was the ultimate relaxation spot. The staff were always accommodating and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

That there were a few cats on the property, which could be alarming if you are not a cat lover. Other than that, this hotel was perfect in every way.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the beach and a beautiful view. The a la carte restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious food, including a Turkish meal that was simply amazing. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service, making us feel special throughout our stay. there were numerous pools to choose from, including separate ones for young children, and the water park was a hit with the kids.

Communication was sometimes an issue, as there was a breakdown in understanding due to the predominance of Russian and German languages, with limited English spoken.

The hotel was in a great location, close to local attractions and beautiful views. Two complimentary items that were included during my stay added extra value to my stay. Staff were friendly and helpful and were happy to go above and beyond to meet my needs.

Some areas of the hotel appeared outdated and in need of renovation. the noise level from adjacent rooms was quite high and resulted in a disturbed sleep.

We recently stayed at a fabulous resort for families with kids. The spacious resort had several large pools, making it not crowded at all. It was perfect for families, with water parks available for babies to adults and a shaded babies pool. The buffet meals offered a wide selection of delicious options. The gardens, swimming pools, and beach area were really nice, and the staff was competent, friendly. The resort also had WiFi available everywhere, including the room, pool, and beach. it was a very nice place to stay, providing a sense of privacy and cosiness.
